Job description
IBM’s Lender Business Process Services (LBPS) team is seeking several Quality Assurance Specialists to assist in maintaining and improving compliance and quality assurance guidelines.
Major Job Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate and score Contact Management and Loss Mitigation customer contact calls to determine if calls are handled in compliance with the FDCPA and internal operating standards.
- Provide assistance for training and clarification for compliance updates, changes, and areas of improvement.
- Provide feedback and reporting on compliance and quality.
- Actively participate in Risk Management training and cross training activities.
- Complete special project, as assigned.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate a working knowledge of FDCPA by passing the Contact Management FDCPA test, have three or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, be Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, demonstrate flexibility in dealing with new situations, exhibit and understand the necessity for discretion and confidentiality, and demonstrate strong writing capabilities.
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Mortgage Loan Servicing
- English: Fluent
