The company is looking for an Engineer with experience in Quality Assurance - not an Engineer that only knows testing - He must be focused and involved in improving the SW quality.
The company is interested in Engineers that not only Know how to find problems but are also able to get to the route of the problem and thus able to avoid the same problem occuring in the future.
Experience and knowledge with test automation - (smoke tests, end2ends)
Experience with application security- (protect against SQL injection,, cross site scripting etc)
