Descripción Knowledge Engineer:
- Work with Project Manager and/or Business Consultant in client workshops, discussing (knowledge) requirements.
- Validate customer requirements with Business Consultant and/or Project Manager.
- Ensure that the optimal knowledge structures are used during Knowledge definition.
- Structure, build, and test knowledge solutions based on functional knowledge specifications and (automated) test scripts.
- Analyze logs during operations to define knowledge optimization options in conjunction with Business Consultant and implement during ongoing maintenance.
One or more of:
- Linguistic Knowledge Engineering for coding, internal QA actions, and responses tasks.
- Knowledge Architecture Consulting.
- Technical Knowledge Engineering.
Education requirements:
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation or Modern Languages.
- Degree in Dialog Systems, Linguistic Engineering, Mathematics.
- Degree in Computer Science
- Degree in Marketing / Communication / PR / Business.
Fluent English and norsk.
