Process and Quality manager (PRAHA)

To work in our delegation from the Czech Republic looking for professionals with the following characteristics.
Essential bilingual speak Czech.
ACTIVITIES:
- Builds and maintains the Quality Plan and monitors its execution
- Maintains O2CZ IT management system (add, change, delete procedures and operations instructions)
- Controls critical processes execution (incidents, changes, configuration, service level
- Supports internal and external audits of the service
- Aligns, in general, service execution to O2CZ quality policies
- Technically coordinates his service areas
- Responsible for service transition of his service areas
- Participates in Service and Operations Committees meetings
- Controls activities, documentation and reports
- Checks and controls incidents, escalations and classifications
- Checks and controls changes and service requests
- Monitors and controls service level of his service areas
- Identifies education and training needs in his areas
ABILITIES:
- Extensive knowledge of applicable ISO standards (9000, 20MIL, etc)
- Proven 2+ years experience in:
- IT support and delivery processes introduction
- Quality plan building for managed services - ITIL Foundation certified (may be obtained during contract life)
- Bilingual in spanish and czeck, english would be a plus.
