HP Automation Test Lead

I am seeking an experience QA Automation Lead for a position in Northern NJ. The candidate will have a proven track record creating and executing automated testing scripts in a web based e-commerce environment, with HP QuickTest Pro and Quality Center. Candidates should also have experience in creating and maintaining an automation test framework and experience in leading in-house and off-shore automation teams. Experience with development languages such as C/C++ or Java would be nice but is not a 'must have.'
